If Your Have a Complaint About a PCM Member Mediator
If you believe you have suffered harm as the result of actions taken or not taken by a mediator who is a member of PCM you may submit a written complaint to complaints@pamediation.org.
Please include your contact information and the name of the mediator. PCM will assist you in securing the services of a mediator who may be able to help you resolve the situation without cost to you.
